In 1967, Filipino director Leody M. Diaz made an unauthorized Batman movie called BATMAN FIGHTS DRACULA, which is now considered the Holy Grail of lost Asian cinema. Inspired by true events, LOLOBATMAN is a narrative short made by Leody’s granddaughter, Madonna Diaz-Refugia, about her quest to find her late grandfather’s elusive Batman movie and the man behind the mystery.
